Step 1 — Confirmation (Within 1–2 Business Days)

Step 2 — Discovery Call (15–20 Minutes)
A quick conversation to understand your school's goals, student demographics, and event vision so we can tailor the program perfectly.

Step 3 — Proposal & Pricing
We'll send a customized proposal with program details, pricing, and a draft Service Agreement for your review.

Step 4 — Agreement & Deposit
Once approved, a signed agreement and 50% deposit confirm your date on the calendar.

Step 5 — Program Delivery
We show up prepared, energized, and ready to make an impact on your students.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 3–4 weeks in advance. High-demand periods — fall kickoffs, spring career days, and end-of-year events — fill quickly, so earlier is always better.

Do you travel outside of Houston?
Yes! We serve schools and organizations across Texas and are available for national engagements. Travel fees apply for events more than 50 miles from Houston.

Can programs be delivered virtually?
Select programs are available via virtual delivery at a reduced rate. Reach out to discuss your needs.

Is funding available for Title I schools?
Yes — scholarship and reduced rates are available for qualifying Title I schools and registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. Please indicate this on your booking form.

What if we need to cancel or reschedule?
Please refer to our cancellation policy outlined in the Service Agreement. We do our best to accommodate reschedule requests whenever possible.
