Ground Floor To Greatness (GFG) partners with middle schools and high schools to encourage positive student development, personal responsibility, improved decision-making, character building, motivation, and career readiness.

We recognize that educators and school leaders face increasingly difficult challenges in engaging students, addressing disruptive behavior, and creating an environment where learning can take place.

GFG provides motivational presentations and student-development workshops designed to encourage students to reflect on their choices, recognize their potential, take responsibility for their actions, and understand how today's decisions can influence tomorrow's opportunities.

Our goal is not simply to reach students who are already succeeding. It is also to reach students who need encouragement, direction, accountability, and a reason to believe in their future.

A single presentation or workshop tailored to a school's needs, student age group, and primary concerns.

Level II — Student Development & Positive Choices Series
