Ground Floor to Greatness workshops are designed to help young people develop the confidence, character, life skills, and career awareness needed to move from where they are today toward where they want to be tomorrow.
Our workshops are interactive, practical, and designed to connect personal development, education, leadership, and future career success.
MIDDLE SCHOOL — GRADES 6–8

Students discover the importance of starting where they are, recognizing their potential, and taking the first steps toward their future.
2. Leadership Begins With You
Students learn that leadership isn't about a title. It's about choices, responsibility, character, and how they influence others.
3. Building Confidence & Making Better Choices
An interactive workshop focused on self-confidence, decision-making, peer pressure, and understanding the consequences of choices.
4. Your Future Starts Now
Students are introduced to goal-setting, education, career awareness, and the importance of preparing early for their future.
HIGH SCHOOL — GRADES 9–12
1. From the Ground Floor to Greatness
Students develop a personal roadmap for turning their goals, talents, education, and experiences into future opportunities.
2. Leadership Begins With You
Students explore personal leadership, accountability, communication, character, and the mindset needed to succeed in school, work, and life.
3. Career Ready: Preparing for Life After High School
A practical introduction to resumes, interviews, workplace expectations, professional communication, networking, and career planning.
4. Turning Setbacks Into Comebacks
Students learn how to respond to failure, rejection, obstacles, and difficult circumstances without allowing setbacks to define their future.
5. Purpose, Passion & Your Next Move
Students examine their interests, strengths, goals, and opportunities while developing a clearer vision for life after high school.
FAITH-BASED / CHURCH GROUPS
1. Purpose, Faith & Your Future
Helping young people connect their faith, purpose, gifts, and personal goals as they prepare for their future.
2. Character: Your Greatest Asset
An engaging discussion about integrity, responsibility, discipline, accountability, and becoming the person others can trust.
3. Leadership Begins With You
Young people learn how faith, character, service, and personal responsibility shape effective leadership.
4. From Setbacks to Strength
Encouraging participants to face challenges, overcome discouragement, and recognize that difficult seasons do not have to determine their destiny.

A motivational session centered on starting where you are, using what you have, and taking the next step toward your God-given purpose.
